Communications for Front Line Employees with the Annapolis Valley Chamber of Commerce
A strong desire to develop communication skills is essential for all employees. Communication Skills for front line employees provides a comprehensive look into how to apply best practices in workplace communication, allowing employees to truly engage with their others. This program helps employees develop the ability to recognize the non-verbal cues that accompany verbal communication, actively listen to others in order to understand their point of view, identify the four main communication styles, recognize triangulation in the workplace and handle difficult conversations. Additionally, we cover how to apply best practices in workplace communication for different generations, allowing employees to create a more inclusive and harmonious work environment.
